Materials

• Clear vase or bowl
• Clear plastic cup
• Candies in several colors
• Flowers (fresh or faux)

Instructions

1. Start by gathering your supplies. You're going to need Easter candies in a variety of colors. You can use literally any type of candies you want, but something small and roundish will work best. You can use as many or as few colors as you want. It is up to you based on the size and shape of the vase you've chosen and how many layers of colors you want to create.
2. Begin by setting a clear glass inside the vase or bowl you have chosen. It should go right in the center.
3. Decide on which color of candy want to put on the very bottom. Use one hand to hold the glass in place in the center of the vase, while you pour in a layer of candy with the other. Stop when the layer achieves the thickness you desire.
4. Pat down the candy layer with your hand until it is even all around the vase.
5. Select the color of candy you wish to use next, and pour that in on top of the previous layer. You may not need to hold the glass in place with your hand any more, since the first layer of candies should be holding it relatively steady.
6. Continue in this fashion, adding layer after layer until you have reached the top of the vase.
7. If you are going to be putting real flowers in the vase, begin by pouring some water inside the cup.
8. Finally, put the flowers inside the vase.
9. When your candy vase is finished, it should look something like this.
