Smothered Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Ok, so you want an easy recipe that gives you plenty of time outside the kitchen, right? Well, this one has pork chops and bacon and it’s made in the crock pot. Dad is sure to love the smothered chops and you’ll love the time that you save making them. The chops are browned and then added to the slow cooker to simmer for 8 hours or if you are in a time pinch, you can cook them on high for 4 hours. Either way, they will literally melt in Dad’s mouth and they serve well with any kind of potatoes or other side.

Glazed Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf
Bacon and meatloaf? Absolutely and this is sure to become one of Dad’s favorite meals. The bacon cooks up perfectly and turns wonderfully crisp while the meatloaf bakes.
