I really do love a good salad and this is seriously one of my favorites. My family loved it, too. We used fresh corn from our garden along with fresh garden greens like romaine lettuce and baby spinach.
You could, of course, mix up whatever salad greens you want, or even buy your greens that are already mixed, however you want to do it. This is a really simple salad and the homemade dressing is amazing.

You can have this ready to cook in about 10 minutes, and honestly, the only cooking required is to grill the corn and chicken on the cob. You can grill them both at the same time and have everything ready to assemble.
The dressing is a simple mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and spices and only takes a few minutes to mix together. Honestly, this is one of the easiest summer salads you have ever made and it’s also one of the tastiest!

Ingredients
- 3 chicken tenders, boneless
- 1 tablespoon of chicken seasoning
- 1 corn cob, grilled
- Green salad mix
- 1 cup of sour cream
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. of dry parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rub chicken pieces with salt and chicken seasoning. Place on a heated grill and grill until cooked through (about 10 minutes).
- Slice chicken into strips. Cut corn kernels off the cob.
- For the dressing, mix mayonnaise with sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Put salad on a plate, add corn and chicken strips on top. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
