I never tire of upgrading my home décor with vintage DIY projects like these and rustic décor and furniture projects like these. In fact, I am always in search of something new to do, which is why I spend a ton of time on YouTube watching DIY décor videos.
Today I found a DIY video with a few projects that genuinely blew my mind. Like most of the projects I share with you, none of these are very expensive to make. The supplies are basic, and the techniques involved are accessible to beginners. But the results are literally breathtaking.Video Tutorial:
It’s hard to pick a favorite out of the lot, but I think I will have to go with the wall art made out of the mirror fragments. I thought it looked cool while it was being made, but I still couldn’t really visualize the dramatic effect of the finished piece until I saw it on the wall. And I love that it is neutral enough that it could fit in beautifully with any existing color scheme. Then again, you could use a backdrop with a bold, bright color to create a sharp contrast with the mirror fragments, and you’d get another totally amazing look.
I am really impressed with how artistic these clever projects are, and I can’t wait to try making the mirror wall art. I will probably give all of these a go eventually. I hope you try out a couple as well. Have fun!
