If you’ve never tried stuffed peppers, then you are seriously missing out on a delicious meal. I’ve done stuffed peppers in different ways, and I have to say that this three cheese stuffed peppers recipe is by far my favorite.
It combines a host of Italian ingredients to create a stuffed pepper like you’ve never had before. These are seriously unlike anything you’ve ever made, and they’re really easy to prepare.
I really like anything that’s stuffed with cheese. Take these cheese stuffed bacon wrapped chicken thigh rolls. They’re filled with yummy cheese and wrapped in bacon for a great family meal that everyone will love. This stuffed pepper recipe is also bound to be a family favorite.
Unlike traditional stuffed peppers, these don’t have rice. They have breadcrumbs and Italian seasonings and cook up in about an hour – seriously, just one hour to the best-stuffed peppers you’ve ever tasted.
I love easy recipes, and although this one takes an hour to prepare and bake, it’s pretty easy to put together. Plus, you get an entire meal in just one dish. Just add a nice salad, and that’s all you need for a delicious family dinner. I really love anything that my family will eat – like this BLT pasta salad.
If they love eating it, then I love cooking it. I have some pretty picky eaters in my house, so I wasn’t sure how they would like these peppers. I’m glad to say they were a huge hit and something that I’ve been instructed to make on a regular basis.
If you’re looking for a great Italian recipe that is perfect for family dinners, romantic evenings, or just anytime you want a delicious meal, these stuffed peppers are perfect. They’re filled with Italian flavor and, of course, three different cheeses for a delicious taste that you just won’t be able to get enough of.
