Pull-Apart Pepperoni Garlic Knots

Ingredients:
1 pound (500 g) store-bought pizza dough
15 slices pepperoni
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsps. chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tbsps. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup grated sharp cheese
Instructions
1. Roll the dough out, cut into strips, and tie into knots.
2. Chop pepperoni and fry in butter-oil mixture with minced garlic cloves and chopped parsley until aromatic. Add chili flakes.
3. Toss knots in pepperoni garlic butter, place in cast iron skilled that is greased and sprinkled with flour. Let rise for 20 minutes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Bake at 425 F (220 C) for 25 minutes.
Start with pizza dough for pull-apart knots that are light and delicious.
Tie balls of dough into evenly sized knots.
