12 oz (350 g) spaghetti
6 slices of bacon;
2 medium tomatoes
8-10 button mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
2 thyme springs
2 cups fresh spinach
½ chicken breast
½ cup thick cream
⅓ cup grated parmesan
Instructions
1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat until cooked through. Slice into strips. Brown and chop bacon.
2. In another pan fry onions until softened, add diced mushrooms and tomatoes, let the excess liquid evaporate. Season with salt and thyme, combine with spinach.
3. Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix pasta, vegetables, chicken, and bacon with cream and cheese. Toss until spaghetti is fully coated with creamy sauce. Serve immediately.
