Nutella is somewhat of a global phenomenon; everyone loves it, and I’ve heard of dozens of ways to enjoy it: on bread, in muffins, in a milkshake, in ravioli, as a coating over bacon… the list goes on. So here’s an easy and ridiculously delicious recipe for a Nutella cheesecake that you can just pop into the fridge – no baking!
I know what you’re thinking: “That has waaaay too many calories in it!”; “I can’t eat that!”; “Is there a fat-free version?” I have two words for you naysayers: Stop. It. Life is tough and challenging, and what makes all that better? Good food and dessert. So as long as you’re not eating one of these cakes every day, I think we all deserve a slice or two (or three, I won’t judge).
