SUPPLIES NEEDED:  Tin cans Pink & green paint Scrapbook paper Ribbon Plastic butterfly & ladybug Wire hanger or long wire Hot glue gun Hot glue sticks Scissors

TIME TO MAKE:  50 minutes

Measure the height and circumference of the cans, then cut out strips of scrapbook paper around 2" shorter than the height.

Start by spray painting 4 cans green and 4 cans pink.

Use a hammer and nail to make a hole in the top of the can.

Wrap these pieces of paper around the pink cans and secure with glue.  You want at least an inch of pink on each side of the paper.

Pierce the top of each of these cans as well with a hole.

Set aside the pink cans and now wrap pink ribbon around the bottom and top edges of the green cans then secure with glue.

Tie or glue the ends together then add a butterfly or ladybug to the middle of each green can.

Thread the cans through the length of metal or wire alternating colors.

Hang this wreath from your front door, mantle, or a wall inside your home.  You can add additional ribbons, twine, or chain for hanging if desired.
