Once dry, draw a body in the middle and paint around it with black paint. Cut 2 bottles in half then combine them. Spray with white paint and set aside to dry. Print or save this craft

Add a silver pipe cleaner around the base of the hat and a pom pom pom top! Paint the top with blue and use the same color to paint on a scarf. Video Tutorial:
