SUPPLIES NEEDED:  Empty bottle Cardboard Yellow paper Glitter foam paper Gold spray paint Gold glitter glue LED candle Tape Scissors Hot glue gun & glue

TIME TO MAKE:  1 hour

Trace around the base onto a piece of cardboard.

Cut the bottom off of a bottle and discard it saving the top.

Then glue on yellow or gold paper and trim around it to create rounded edges.

Measure about 1/2" wider than traced and cut out the cardboard piece.

Glue the cap to the lid and spray both gold.

Add tape to the inside of the bottle and the base of the cardboard to create a hinge.

Then, glue those strips of paper on the four corners of the bottle.

Cut four 1/4" wide strips of foam paper the height of the bottle.

Then use the gold glue to make swirls and designs on the outside of the bottle.

Add accent pieces of the same gold paper around the base and top edges.

Add a tealight LED candle to the inside and use this to glow on your mantle for a soft light! This can be painted any color you prefer.
