Cover the paper in yarn, then wrap around the toilet paper roll and secure the ends.
Measure and cut a strip of gray foam paper to wrap around the toilet paper roll, then cut yarn to glue on top of it.
Cover a styrofoam ball with tan felt to create nose and glue just below the red hat.
Create a cone cap for the gnome using flelt and cardstock then glue on top of the base.
Decorate your gnome with Christmas stickers, ornaments, or miniature bells then display on a mantle or as a centerpiece for Christmas!
