Then trace a circle onto cardboard with a smaller circle in the center and cut it out. Repeat for a 2nd wheel.
Paint the tin can brown and set aside to dry for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Glue and wrap until completely covered. Repeat a second time.
Attach twine to the edge of the circle and begin wrapping around leaving the center open.
Then cut 2 rods slightly wider than the tin can and glue those between the wheels.
Cut 4 pieces of dowel to fit along the center of each wheel. Glue them in place 2 per wheel in a criss cross.
Then, glue the tin can on top of the two dowels between the twine wheels.
Next begin gluing the twine and coffee beans onto the can, wrapping around in stripes.
Then bend the top few inches backward creating handles.
Wrap two pieces of floral wire with twine gluing in place as needed.
Glue the handles onto the back of the tin can and then fill with flowers. Display as desired! Add additional ribbons or twine if desired.
