PLASTIC BOTTLE ELEPHANT PLANTER

Turn an empty water bottle into an a super cute planter to hold your favorite plants!

SUPPLIES NEEDED:  Emtpy gallon bottle Empty smaller bottles Spray paint craft paint Googly eyes Flexible pipe Fake flower Duct tape Craft knife Scissors Hot glue gun & glue

Then, cut the lid end off of 4 smaller bottles to create feet for the elephant.

Cut a square out of one side of the largest bottle. 

Flip over the elephant, and cut out 2 ears from scrap plastic then glue to the top above the lid. 

Glue the smaller bottles, cut end toward the bottom of the largest bottle. 

Then, cut the neck into strips around the lid of a bottle to look like petals. 

Shape a tube into a nose/trunk and glue or tape to keep it's shape. 

Then stick the pipe into the opening on the large bottle and tape into place as the trunk. 

Put the flower shape over the end of the pipe. 

Once dry, go over it with paint on the flower petals, ears, feet, and add on googly eyes. 

Spray paint the entire thing blue and let it dry. 

Add your favorite plants to the opening in the planters and display them on your porch, in the garden, or out in your lawn!
