PLASTIC BOTTLE DONKEY PLANTER

Turn an empty water bottle into an a super cute donkey planter to hold your favorite plants!

SUPPLIES NEEDED:  Empty bottles Silver spray paint White & Black paint Googly eyes Duct tape Paintbrush Craft knife Hot glue gun & glue

TIME TO MAKE:  1 hour

Then, on the largest bottle, cut a rectangle out of one side to leave it open for planting.

Cut the lid end off of 4 of the smaller bottles. 

Cut and glue another bottle on top to create a neck on the donkey. 

Glue the feet on the bottom, not open side of the largest bottle, then flip it over so the feet are below. 

Using scrap bottle pieces, cut out two large donkey ears.

Cut the lid off two bottles, and then push them together and tape in the center. 

Thent ape and glue this to the top of the donkey neck you added. 

Add slits into the bottle you taped together, then slide in the ear pieces. 

Once the paint has dried, add accents on the feet, chest, nose, and ears with white paint. 

Spray paint the donkey silver then set it aside and let it dry completely. 

Then glue the googly eyes into place, one per side on the donkey head. 

Add black dots to the end of the head to make nostrils on the donkey. 

Use this planter for real or fake flowers both inside and outside your home.  Perfect for a unique addition to a garden space.
