Measure and cut a triangle of fake fur to fit the front of a wine bottle. Attach to the top of the bottle just below the neck with glue.
Roll the felt into a hat shape and glue together then trim off excess.
Slip the hat over the bottle top and glue to the beard.
Glue the wooden bead just under the edge of the hat against the fur.
