Glue 6 of the corks together in the center as a circle, then two on each of the 6 points of the side. Cut 8 corks in half. Video Tutorial:

Then add glitter to the front of the corks! Once the corks are glued into a snowflake shape, wrap ribbon and glue around the outside edge. Create a loop at top for hanging. Video Tutorial:
