Cut a leaf shape from felt, then use it as a template to cut out 10 to 12 leaves from each color felt until you have 50 to 60 leaves.
Pinch the end of each leaf together and glue in place. Then glue a length of floral wire into that space.
Add a dab of glue to the end of the stem and put intot he wreath as shown. Repeat this alternating colors until the wreath is covered.
