Add a fun twist to any outfit with this custom denim necklace with lace edge and pearl beading.
SUPPLIES NEEDED: Old blue jeans White lace ribbon Fake pearl beads Scissors Hot glue gun Hot glue sticks
Step 1: Start by cutting the seams off a pair of jeans. Around the pockets, waist, and along the legs. You'll want 10 to 15 pieces in different lengths.
Step 2: Now, cut a base for your necklace from the denim. Around 8" across and 4" tall. Then cut the middle into a "v" and round the edges.
Step 3: Roll the seams into a circle gluing as needed. Repeat this with all of them until you have enough to cover the base you cut out.
Step 4: Arrange then glue these rounds of denim onto the base. Then top around edges and between with fake pearls or beads.
Glue a length of lace ribbon around the edge and dangling free to tie around your neck. Add other beads or sequins if desired.
