SUPPLIES NEEDED:  Old blue jeans Lace ribbon Scissors Hot glue gun Hot glue sticks

TIME TO MAKE:  30 minutes

Now, center the book on the denim, and glue it to the front and back covers.

Cut the leg off a pair of jeans and then measure around the book leaving 1" excess on all sides.

Glue a strip of lace ribbon on top and bottom edges.

Then, cut a small piece off at the spine of the book, and fold the tops and bottoms over gluing them into place.

Then glue the pocket onto the front of the book and add additional lace if desired.

Cut a pocket off the back of a pair of blue jeans.

This is a perfect gift idea for an otherwise boring notebook or journal to be updated!  Add lace, beads, or ribbon as desired!
