Add a length of ribbon in an alternate color to the tube and glue to attach on one end before wrapping around in a spiral.Repeat on 2nd tube.
Stack 3 diapers overlapping then lay the tub in the center. Wrap the diapers around to create a wheel and secure with rubber band. Repeat on both ends of both tubes.
Wrap ribbon around the diaper wheel covering the rubber band and secure with glue. Repeat on all 4 wheels.
Open a paper lantern and glue ribbon on the open end. Then attack it to the two tubes so it sits on the center.
Glue a crown on top of the paper lantern.
Attach beaded ribbon to the teddy bear and the front tube to create an animal pulling the carriage.
