Roll 15 to 20 diapers into tube shapes and secure with rubber bands around the middle. Set aside.
Cut a 9" circle out of cardboard then wrap it completley in pink paper and glue in place.
Glue ribbon on the outer edge of the covered cardboard circle. Then poke a hole in the center of the circle.
Pull the balloon end through the hole and set aside. Stack and wrap the diapers into a circle with paper or ribbon. Secure the balloon on top with glue.
