Fold the paper 2" down from the end , then cut along the crease to the halfway point on the paper. Glue the second side onto the first creating a small flap.
On that flap of paper, trace and then cut out a small "head" for your hedgehog.
Now, on the opposite end from the head, begin folding the paper accordion style in 1" strips. Once all folded, fold in half as shown.
Glue the middle pieces of the fan together to secure, then use a marker and scrap paper to create the hedgehog face.
