Repeat this on the other side, securing them with a hair tie at the end.
Pull a small section back on one side and braid in a single 3-strand braid about halfway down the hair.
Loosen slightly to add volume on both sides until you are happy with the look.
Now, go back over both braids, loosening the sides from the bottom up.
Then you will add a decorative clip to the tie to cover it and decorate the hairstyle.
Now, pull both braids back to the crown of your head and connect with a hair tie.
This braided look is ideal for both straight and wavy hair. Waves or curls add volume but are not necessary to give this a lovely look!
