Can I Make This Into a Magnet

This bunny can easily be turned into a magnet. Using a magnet strip, peel the removable backing off the one side of the magnet. If it does not have an adhesive side, simply use craft glue to attach it to the foam. Once it is dried, it can be placed on anything the magnet will stick, like a refrigerator or filing cabinet.

Depending upon how large you make the bunny, you may need more than one magnet. You could also add a cardboard backing to the bunny to make it a bit sturdier and then attach the magnets to the cardboard. It is a super fun project to figure out how to display! Whether you hang it, add a magnet to it, or even frame it doesn't matter. It's going to be a great Easter bunny decoration to make no matter what you choose!

What Should I Use if I Don't Have Glitter Paper?

If you can not find glitter paper or do not want to purchase extra supplies, you can achieve the same effect using glue and glitter. The areas that would have used the glitter paper can be covered with glue and sprinkled with a gorgeous pink glitter or any other color of your choice. Wait for the glue and glitter to dry before moving the Easter Bunny.

You could also use a different color of paint in those areas instead of glitter, or simply coat with glitter glue. This is one craft that is designed to be unique for each person to personalize. Pick the style and colors you prefer and make it fit your decor or personality.

How to Make a Foam Paper Easter Bunny

On white foam paper, draw a bunny head shape, two small paws, and two larger paws then cut them out.

Now you will cut a large round piece out of the pink foam paper to create the bunny body.

You will then cut out accent pieces from your glitter paper. 2 ears slightly smaller than the white ones. A small nose. Then you will cut out two larger paw pads and 6 little round toes as shown below.

Glue the bunny head to the body.

Now you will glue the two smaller paws toward the top of the body, then the larger paws at an angle at the bottom of the body.

Next, you will glue the accent pieces in place.

Use a black paint pen to draw on a mouth with teeth and dots for whiskers, and either attach googly eyes or draw black circles for eyes.

Now, you can display your bunny!

Crafter's Tip

Use this same process to make smaller bunnies out of felt. Attach those felt bunnies to craft sticks, and then use them as puppets or small additions to Easter baskets or even a little potted plant.

Instructions

On white foam paper, draw a bunny head and ears, two small paws, and two larger paws then cut them out and set them aside;
Draw and cut out 1 round body shape from the pink foam paper and set it aside;
Next, you will draw and cut out of the glitter paper 2 ears, 1 nose, 2 larger footpads, and 6 small round footpads;
Now you will glue your head to the body;
Attach the smaller paws near the top of the body and the larger paws on the bottom of the body as shown;
Now you will glue the accent pieces in place;
Lastly, draw on two eyes and a smile with teeth;
Display your bunny with the rest of your Easter decor.
