SUPPLIES NEEDED:  Plastic bottle Blue spray paint Yellow ribbon Pink ribbon Googly eyes Scissors Hot glue gun & glue Soldering iron

TIME TO MAKE:  1 hour

Create 6 to 8 holes around the edge of the base, using a hole punch.

Cut an empty bottle in half and discard the lid end.

While the bottle dries, cut a length of ribbon for each hole you made in the base.

Spray the base blue and set aside to dry completely for 30-minutes or more.

Punch a hole in the middle of the top of the windsock and string twine or ribbon through for hanging.

Tie the ribbon through each hole in the base then glue on googly eyes to create a face.

Hang this cute windsock in a tree, on your porch railing, or even from the ceiling in your child's room!  A fun and easy upcycling craft!
