SUPPLIES NEEDED

8 CDs or DVDs Medium coffee can with lid Foam paper in many colors Bells Paint pens Fishing line Jewelry wire Soldering iron Scissors Hot glue gun and glue Hammer and nail

STEP 1

Attach strips of foam paper around can in a rainbow.

STEP 2

Use a soldering iron to make 8 holes in the plastic can lid.

STEP 3

Cut foam paper and attach to one side of CD.  On the other side, color different designs with paint pens.

STEP 4

Use the soldering iron to make a hole on opposite ends of the CD so one is on top and one on bottom.

STEP 5

String a bell onto fishing line and through one hole.  Then string a length of fishing line through the other hole.  Next thread the line through the holes in the lid. 

STEP 6

Use a hammer and nail to create 2 holes on top of the can. String jewelry wire through to create a hanger.
