One of my favorite things about summer is the fresh vegetables from my garden.
One of my favorite vegetables is summer squash. If you have never tried yellow squash, you really need to. It has such a wonderful flavor.
While I love the flavor, I realize that not everyone does. In fact, my kids used to hate summer squash, until I found a few creative ways to add it to my meals that they would eat.
